One email address, no forms, and a clear line between what the publisher can help with and what belongs with a vendor or a regulator.
One address handles everything: info@agilebase.online. Messages are read by the editorial team of MSMM-ZLK s.r.o., usually within five business days. Correspondence is in English.
There is no contact form on this page, and none anywhere on the site. AgileBase collects no personal information through the site at all, so a form would exist only to create data the publisher does not want to hold. What you put in an email is held for as long as the privacy policy states and is used only to answer you.
What this address is useful for
- Corrections. An error, an outdated statement or a link that no longer works. Include the page address and what you believe is wrong.
- Definitions. A term you expected in the glossary and could not find, or an entry that is unclear.
- Questions. A question about the category that the questions page does not answer. Ones that arrive more than once get added there.
- Disclosure and publishing. Anything about how this site is funded or how coverage is decided, beyond what the disclosure page says.
- Privacy. Requests about personal information, as described in the privacy policy.
What has to go elsewhere
AgileBase is a publisher, not a vendor and not a support service. Several kinds of request can only be handled by someone else, and sending them here delays them.
- Subscriptions, billing, refunds and cancellations for any product mentioned on this site go to that vendor. AgileBase has no access to any vendor's accounts, systems or records, and cannot look up, change or cancel anything.
- Technical support for installing, configuring or removing software goes to the software vendor's own support channel.
- Scam reports go to Scamwatch; cybercrime reports go to ReportCyber. If money has moved, contact your bank first. The scams and your rights page sets out the routes.
- Individual advice on what to buy, or on a legal or security question specific to your situation, is outside what a reference site can responsibly give.
